Someone asked Les Claypool what he did during covid lockdowns and with being unable to tour - which he answered exactly as you would expect: he bought an excavator.

Well - that and the associated stories of Les and his Excavator bulldozing their way through 2020 to stop from going crazy inspired me to write a song about it.

A reality tv president came rolling into town
tweeting anger everywhere
He’s a Useless orange clown

one man’s not going to take it- he ain’t letn’ 2020 win..
Les bought himself an excavator
and bulldoezed the bastard in

Crusher breaker

Wine maker

He fired the track hoe up
And was tearin up the ground
Dug himself a great big trench
And Moised all around

Fires was burinin around him
that didn’t slow Les down
He took on Hells half Acre
And he did it without a frown
